Ryan is a high-performance diving pencil designed to maximise its own forward drive, combining exceptional freedom of action with powerful water displacement to create an irresistible attraction for predatory fish.

Once worked beneath the surface, it produces a high-frequency wobbling and rolling action just below the waterline, followed by a quick resurfacing motion that creates a fast-paced, highly enticing presentation.

Ryan responds instantly to a wide range of retrieve techniques, including one-pitch jerks, short and long jerks, and straight retrieves. Its action remains stable across varying retrieve speeds, allowing anglers to freely adjust the action cadence to suit different fishing conditions and baitfish patterns.

The lure also features an exceptionally stable flight attitude, delivering outstanding casting distance and accuracy—even when casting into strong headwinds.

  • The S-swim action creates a lot of flash to mimic a fleeing baitfish.
  • Floating lure with tail down rest position.
  • Excellent for tuna and pelagic!
  • Type: Floating
  • Material : Wood

Work the lure with moderate one-pitch jerks, avoiding overly aggressive rod movements. If your rod is relatively stiff for the lure weight, or if it is difficult to create sufficient line slack, use smoother, more controlled rod inputs or fine-tune the action by adjusting the weight of the hooks and split rings.

The lure is designed to respond directly to the angler's technique. By varying the strength of your rod input and the intensity of each jerk, you can produce a wide range of action patterns, giving you precise control over the jig's presentation.
